Nodejs Developer

A B2B fintech startup developing a smart FX hedging platform that connects directly to the largest banks in the U.S., automatically securing the best exchange rate at the exact moment a transaction is closed.

While currently focused on the travel industry, the company is working to expand its platform into additional verticals. Ahead of a Series A funding round, they plan to scale globally and offer a broader financial solution to their clients.

The team consists of 25 people, including an R&D team of 8 developers. Offices are located in Tel Aviv near a central train line, with a hybrid work model that includes one day a week from home.

This is a backend-focused role as part of the core development team, involving infrastructure development and building new components from scratch using Node.js (100%).

Tech stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Node.js.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 strong years with Node.js
• Proven experience in infrastructure development
• 3 years of industry experience after military service
• Cloud experience is required (AWS, GCP, or Azure – AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
