A unicorn startup building a cutting-edge SaaS platform for global HR management, used by over 4,000 organizations and more than one million users. A new AI-based product is currently in development as part of the company’s growth strategy.

In the past three years, the company has secured approximately $500 million in funding and is planning to go public.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, right by a train line, the company offers a hybrid model that includes three work-from-home days per week.

The team includes 1,200 employees globally, 570 in Israel, and 210 in R&D. This position is part of a hands-on development team working with technologies such as Scala, Kotlin, MySQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, and CI/CD.

Requirements-

5 years of experience as a software engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java
Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable architecture.
Experience with testing methodologies
Experience with relational databases
