Hardware Authority – Create, update, and own end-to-end documentation for complex hardware and appliance products. Explain architecture, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with crystal-clear language and visuals

• .Visual Excellence – Produce and refine drawings, block diagrams, and exploded views that clarify each concept at a glance. Verify accuracy with engineering to ensure visual truth
• .Cross-Team Leadership – Coordinate engineers, product managers, and support teams. Align goals, remove roadblocks, and secure approvals while upholding scope, schedule, and quality
• .Project Management – Build and track detailed project plans. Define milestones, manage risk, set priorities, and report status to stakeholders. Deliver every document package on schedule and within budget
• .Process Improvement – Audit existing workflows, propose measurable enhancements, and implement best practices that raise consistency, reduce cycle time, and boost re-use across product lines

• s.Proficient in Jira, Monday.com, or similar tool
• s.Familiarity with Check Point products – an advantag

• g.Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platform
