Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We're seeking a Senior Operations & Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Jerusalem.

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex technology projects with external vendors across storage, databases, backup systems, virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Develop technological vision and evaluate new technology alternatives.
• Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and modernization initiatives.
• Optimize existing infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
• Measure and maintain SLA standards across all infrastructure domains.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Manage infrastructure resilience and backup systems with outsourcing vendors.
• Drive automation projects in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Conduct comprehensive infrastructure assessments.
• Control budget execution and provide procurement recommendations.

Requirements:

Essential Experience:

• 6+ years in infrastructure management (mandatory).
• Team leadership experience in technical environments.
• 3+ years managing infrastructure for 2,000+ users minimum.
• 2+ years implementing cloud infrastructure solutions.
• 2+ years leading complex technology projects.
• 2+ years managing external vendor relationships and outsourcing.
