We’re looking for a marketing leader who knows how to drive partner-led growth.
As our SMB Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build and execute the global partner marketing plan for the SMB segment — focusing on MSPs, distributors, DMRs, and cloud marketplaces. Your goal: generate demand, enable partners, and drive pipeline in key markets through clear, repeatable campaigns.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be building co-branded content, launching digital campaigns, supporting product launches, and working closely with sales and channel teams to make it all land.
You’ll help turn Quantum Spark into the go-to security solution for SMBs
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the global SMB partner marketing strategy across key routes to market
- Develop co-branded campaigns with distributors, MSPs, and marketplace partners
- Launch and manage digital campaigns across web, social, email, and events
- Create enablement content — brochures, decks, videos, messaging kits
- Work with product and sales teams to support launches and bundles
- Own the SMB marketing calendar and coordinate execution with regions
- Track performance metrics: MQLs, pipeline impact, campaign ROI
- Optimize campaigns based on field feedback and partner input
- Support FastStart partner onboarding and demand-generation motions
- Align closely with HQ, regional marketing, and channel leaders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or B2B demand generation
- Proven success in supporting channel-driven sales and SMB go-to-market
- Strong understanding of MSP, distributor, and e-commerce ecosystems
- Experience creating co-branded content and running joint campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and execute hands-on when needed
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing accordingly
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking – a strong plus
- Fluent in English – other languages an advantage
