Logistics Coordinator (Import Focus)

One of Israel’s top import companies in the marble and construction materials sector is looking for a sharp, capable, and reliable assistant. If you come from the world of construction or have experience working closely with people in the field – this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle logistical details – from supply chain coordination to import documentation
• Support import-related logistics and documentation
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and professionals
• Oversee small to mid-sized projects from start to finish
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in operational roles (at least 2 years)
• Background in import/export or logistics – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with the construction sector – pace, people, and terminology
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• High level of digital literacy (Office tools and other systems)
• Fluent Hebrew – native level required
• Very good English – both written and spoken
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
