Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to take the lead on our B2C performance marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on generating quality leads at scale - mainly in the Israeli market, with a growing focus on global reach. You’ll build and execute performance campaigns across digital platforms, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a critical role in scaling our customer acquisition funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize lead generation strategies with a strong emphasis on performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.

• Plan, execute, and scale multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

• Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and event-based measurement using Google Tag Manager and GA4.

• Analyze performance across channels and user funnels to derive insights and optimize ROI.

• Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and creatives.

• Research, test, and evaluate new channels and tactics, including global expansion efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing / demand generation, with a proven track record in lead acquisition.

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.).

• Deep understanding of Israeli audiences, with bonus points for experience scaling campaigns globally.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated B2C environments.

• Background in CRO, SEO, or affiliate marketing.

• Previous work with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
