Job Summary:

We develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms and models to tackle challenges in matching the right candidates with the right jobs, and vice versa.

We're looking for a Data Scientist with a passion for problem-solving to join our team of data scientists and help solve new or existing challenges. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of new models, write high quality, high-performance code, and continuously improve and expand our solutions.

Key focuses:

• Join a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers working on interesting problems in the domains of recommendations and NLP.
• Design and implement production-grade ML systems, from model training, to deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists across the organization, to define, design, evaluate, implement, and deliver data-driven impactful solutions for complex business problems.
• Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning pipelines, from data exploration and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the utilization of LLMs in our workflows, particularly for improving data quality and supporting model evaluation and labeling at scale.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers to contribute to a strong data science community.
  
  

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, or related domains
• Solid theoretical foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and related fields
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Strong software engineering skills with experience writing clean, tested, maintainable, and performant code.
• Team player, collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with production environment in mind
• Fluency in English
