Position Summary:

BATM is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technological innovation and direction across Networking and Cybersecurity with emphasis on encryption technologies and cryptographic systems. The CTO will define and drive the company’s long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and overall business objectives.

As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will bring a system-level perspective, combining deep technical expertise with strategic insight. The ideal candidate will lead architectural and technology decisions, inspire high-performing engineering teams, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

This role requires exceptional cross-functional communication skills to align product, engineering, business, and investor interests around a unified technology vision. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will play a critical role in positioning BATM as a leader in next-generation network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and diagnostic technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s overall technology strategy and develop a comprehensive roadmap that aligns product development with business objectives.
• Identify emerging technology opportunities, market trends, innovations, and potential risks to drive business growth and maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and the organization’s strategic goals
• Foster collaboration between technology leads across Networking & Cyber, focus on advanced encryption and cryptographic innovation. Lead the development and prioritization of technology investments, balancing innovation with risk management and resource allocation.
• Stay informed on current technology standards, industry best practices, and compliance regulations to ensure the company meets relevant requirements and maintains high standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar senior role in companies focused on encryption, secure communications, networking, or telecommunication.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Academic degree (BSc or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical/Communication Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in global, multidisciplinary environments and in building scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
• Strong customer and market orientation – ability to translate market needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – fluent English (spoken and written).
