The Role

We’re seeking a bold and business-minded VP of Product to join our executive team and lead our product evolution from vision to category leadership. This is a defining role, responsible for shaping both what we build and why it wins—across our SaaS platform, embedded tech, and upcoming AI logistics agent.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the company-wide product strategy to support aggressive growth, differentiation, and category dominance
• Build a compelling product vision rooted in customer intimacy, data, and value
• Lead roadmap development across SaaS and device layers, with clear tradeoffs, velocity, and outcomes
• Work closely with GTM to define pricing, packaging, and monetization models
• Champion AI-first product thinking, integrating predictive, automated insights into customer workflows
• Scale and mentor a high-performance product and UX org that can move fast and scale wisely
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Ops, Sales, and Customer Success
• Represent product leadership at the executive and board level, contributing to overall company direction
  
  

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including executive-level ownership
• Led B2B SaaS or platform products from startup to scale ($10M–$100M+ ARR)
• Experience in complex, integrated environments—ideally with IoT, HW/SW, or data-rich platforms
• Strong business acumen—able to align product bets with revenue, retention, and market growth
• A passion for customers, speed, outcomes, and building teams that scale
• Advantage- deep exposure to logistics, supply chain tech, or industrial AI
