Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a hands-on founding engineering leader - a technical powerhouse who thrives on ownership, execution, and building world-class teams and systems.

This is a rare opportunity to own, lead, and shape every technical aspect of the company:

• Backend systems
• DevOps and infrastructure
• AI/ML/LLM ops
• Video and streaming architecture

You will work directly with the CEO and CTO, and your impact will define our technical direction, culture, and trajectory from day one.

Your Role

• Architect, build, and scale distributed systems for massive real-time data processing (video, streams, etc.)
• Lead DevOps excellence across Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Own CI/CD, observability, uptime, and scalability
• Own ML/AI/LLM infra: from training pipelines to deployment and serving
• Build and lead a top-tier engineering team around you
• Shape the technical vision with company leadership
• Execute with speed and quality, hands-on, at all levels

Your Profile

• 6+ years building scalable infrastructure (cloud/on-prem), backends, and distributed systems
• Proven experience scaling systems from early-stage to millions of users and streams
• Deep expertise in:
• Python for backend and AI/ML
• Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible
• Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Spark
• RTSP, WebRTC, HLS, video streaming protocols
• Experience leading engineering teams and balancing speed, quality, and scalability
• Strong instincts for DevOps, observability, monitoring, and reliability
• You operate with an extreme ownership mindset and thrive on solving hard problems fast
