About Us:

We are an early-stage fintech startup in the Israeli B2C market. With a live MVP, paying customers, and strong initial traction, we are now ready to take the product to the next level and build a scalable, robust platform.

About the Role:

*This is a co-founder position with equity-based compensation (significant equity stake) and no or partial salary in the initial stage.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder – a passionate, hands-on technology leader who wants to join as an equal partner and help transform our MVP into a fully-fledged product. You will have the opportunity to shape the product vision, define the technical roadmap, and lead all aspects of development and technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of the product’s technical development and architecture.
• Build, scale, and optimize our platform for growth and performance.
• Work closely with the founding team on strategy, product design, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead future hiring and build the technology team as we grow.
• Drive a culture of quality, innovation, and agility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience developing and scaling web-based products or platforms (ideally B2C).
• Strong background in software architecture, infrastructure, and hands-on coding.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and motivation to build something meaningful from the ground up.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Based in Israel.
