The Challenge We Solve:
Organizations with traveling workforces often struggle with managing international data usage due to fragmented billing, unpredictable costs, lack of control over individual consumption, and concerns about connectivity failures. Voye Global eliminates the need for individual local SIMs, expensive daily roaming packages, or the hassle of finding reliable Wi-Fi by providing each employee with an easy-to-install eSIM that connects seamlessly to our global network and draws data from the shared organizational pool.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to lead and scale a category-defining B2B product within a rapidly growing company. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of global business connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and evolution of the B2B Data Pool product, ensuring it meets market needs and delivers exceptional value to enterprises worldwide.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive global GTM strategies to acquire and retain B2B customers, including market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel development.
- Pricing Strategy: Design and implement innovative pricing models that maximize revenue, drive adoption, and align with the value proposition of significant cost savings (up to 70% reduction in roaming charges).
- Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the telecom, technology, and enterprise sectors to expand market reach and enhance product capabilities.
- Business Economics: Own the financial performance of the B2B product line, including revenue forecasting, P&L management, and identifying levers for profitable growth.
- Global Expansion: Lead the worldwide rollout and scaling of the B2B Data Pool solution.
- Team Leadership: Potentially build and mentor a high-performing team focused on B2B product growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Acumen & Hands-on Execution: Proven ability to develop high-level strategies while maintaining a strong "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and executing effectively on a day-to-day basis.
- Consulting or Investment Banking Background (strongly preferred): Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank, demonstrating exceptional analytical rigor, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building and growing businesses from the ground up.
- Global Mindset: Demonstrated experience in international markets and a deep understanding of global business dynamics.
- Telecom/Connectivity Industry Experience (a plus): Familiarity with the telecom landscape, roaming technologies, and enterprise connectivity solutions is beneficial but not required.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Prowess: Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
