Role Summary

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically inclined Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Product Team. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between Customers, Sales and R&D, ensuring that customer needs and technical feasibility are translated into clear, actionable product requirements. The TPM will not be responsible for setting product vision or long-term roadmap but will be deeply embedded in product specification, internal coordination, and feature-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

·        Execution & Delivery Support

·        Lead customers’ training, POC’s and Go-live processes.

·        Participate in customer’s UAT processes.

·        Monitor feature implementation to ensure alignment with defined specifications and customer expectations.

·        Product Definition & Requirements

·        Becoming the ultimate Product owner, from specs to implementation, use cases, solution verticals.

·        Translate customer feedback, sales input, and technical possibilities into comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.

·        Own and maintain a robust backlog of features and improvements.

·        Product Documentations

·        Write product documents throughout the whole lifecycle, incl. product briefs, overviews, specs, MRDs, PRDs, etc.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Management or Technical Project Management.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting PRDs, feature specs, and user stories.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex systems and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API documentation and system integrations.
• Previous experience as a developer, technical support role or similar.
