A Tech company in Ness Ziona is looking for a PMO for a 9-month position (with an option for extension!)
📍 Ness Ziona | Full-time | Hybrid – 2 days a week from home
Responsibilities:
- IT Budget Planning & Control: Annual planning and ongoing monthly budget tracking
- Strategic Goals Management: Setting goals and KPIs and managing quarterly performance tracking
- Process Improvements: Leading and supporting PM/PMO projects focused on operational process optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Excellent English – both written and verbal
- Experience in project management – an advantage
- Basic data analysis skills and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – an advantage
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders at various organizational levels
