Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We're building an AI-powered private tutor — a next-generation learning companion that interacts with students using natural conversation, voice, and helpful visuals.

We’re looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to help us create intuitive, intelligent user experiences.

You’ll work on the core application powering our tutoring platform, integrating AI models, speech interfaces, and multimedia elements to deliver a seamless learning journey.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll take ownership of feature development from backend logic to frontend design — and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team building something truly impactful.

What You’ll Do

Build and Maintain Full Stack Features

 Use React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend) to develop a fast, responsive, and scalable education platform.

Integrate Conversational AI

 Leverage LLMs to power intelligent dialogue, explanations, and visual teaching aids.

Implement Voice Interaction

 Use Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text to enable natural voice-based tutoring.

Develop Engaging UI/UX

 Work closely with designers to craft clean, user-friendly interfaces that guide and support students through their learning experience.

Support Visual and Avatar Elements

 Integrate lightweight Three.js components for visual feedback or character presence — as a layer within the broader UI.

Deploy and Maintain the App on Azure

 Ensure stable, secure deployments of AI-integrated features using modern cloud practices.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on React and Node.js/Express
• Comfortable working with OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, DALL·E) in real-world applications
• Practical experience with TTS/STT
• Solid understanding of frontend performance, responsive design, and API integration
• Experience working with 3D/graphics libraries (e.g., Three.js) is a plus, but not core
• Passionate about building meaningful tech — especially in education or human–AI interaction
• Must be able to work on-site, closely with the product and engineering teams

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with real-time communication
• Interest or background in edtech, tutoring, or educational apps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Azure DevOps
