The Role

As a Support Engineer at Tres.Finance, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues raised by our customers. You will work to understand their challenges, investigate complex blockchain data issues, and provide timely solutions that ensure customer success and satisfaction. Your ability to troubleshoot, communicate and collaborate with the team will be key to driving improvements and scaling support processes.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve issues related to wallet and exchange imports, transaction parsing, tax calculation logic, and data mismatches
• Use tools like Etherscan, Snowtrace, Solana Explorer, and CSV exports to troubleshoot customer problems
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs and drive improvements
• Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal tools to scale support
• Help improve support processes and contribute feedback to product development
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in technical support at a SaaS company
• Strong familiarity with blockchains, wallets, DeFi protocols, and centralized exchanges
• Hands-on experience with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Solscan) and interpreting on-chain data
• Comfortable reading and understanding JSON, APIs, CSVs, and logs
• A proactive mindset – you're excited to dig into new chains, protocols, and edge cases
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
• Experience with crypto accounting, tax tools, or reconciling blockchain data will be an advantage
