Cybersecurity GRC

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity GRC Specialist to join our Information Security team. This role focuses on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) within the cybersecurity domain and is critical to maintaining the organization's security posture and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the cybersecurity GRC work plan
Conduct periodic risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems, processes, and the supply chain
Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
Oversee employee cybersecurity awareness programs and training
Supervise information security audits and assessments
Monitor regulatory compliance and implement relevant cybersecurity standards
Guide and support projects to ensure compliance with security requirements
Assist the CISO with administrative and operational cybersecurity tasks

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience in cybersecurity GRC roles
Hands-on experience in:
Cyber risk assessments
Information security awareness programs
Managing third-party and supply chain security risks
Conducting information security surveys and audits
Writing policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Knowledge of data protection regulations and standards (e.g., local privacy laws, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
Familiarity with Israeli financial-sector regulation (e.g., PIBA/NBA guidelines) – an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
