Position Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our headquarters operations.

This executive-level position is responsible for managing our technical and product support teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery across our customer base. It’s an ideal opportunity for a strategic, data-driven operations leader with a proven track record in B2B technology—particularly in smart city, municipal, or enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, results-oriented leader who will join our senior management team. You will oversee day-to-day business operations, including managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance, and addressing key administrative matters. 

Key Responsibilities

       Strategic Leadership

o   Oversee full-cycle implementation of WiseSight systems, ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery.

o   Develop and manage timelines and budgets for multi-million-dollar projects.

o   Ensure on-time delivery of company commitments and customer satisfaction.

o   Develop and present the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including departmental budgets.

o   Allocate and coordinate field resources for smooth deployments.

o   Lead cross-functional planning with system integrators and engineering teams.

o   Mentor and lead the regional operations and sales management teams.

o   Represent WiseSight at trade shows, forums, and industry events as a public-facing leader.

o   Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operational processes.

         Performance Management

o   Define, manage, and audit implementation, product support, and operations teams.

o   Build and manage adaptable cost-of-goods (COGs) and project expenditure models.

o   Guide performance management initiatives and support employee growth.

o   Create and distribute dashboards and reports using HubSpot and related tools.

       Data Analysis & Decision Support

o   Deliver data-driven insights and decision support to HQ and executive leadership.

o   Track and evaluate KPIs across all reporting departments to support strategic direction.

        Cross-functional Collaboration

o   Align operational strategies with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

        Customer and Market Engagement

o   Actively represent WiseSight to clients across the global install base.

o   Lead high-level customer engagements and nurture long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications

·        10+ years of progressive operations experience, including 5+ years in executive leadership, managing technical delivery and support teams.

·        Proven success leading technology implementation projects and cross-functional teams.

·        Experience with disruptive technologies involving integrated hardware and cloud-based software.

·        Experience with surveillance cameras and imaging technologies, and their field implementation challenges, is a plus.

·        Familiarity with municipal procurement, parking operators, or smart city initiatives is highly preferred.

·        Strong strategic planning and financial modeling skills.

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.

·        Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

·        Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 20%.

·        Work from the company office with minimal travel across Israel, and willingness to travel to North America occasionally
