About this Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analytical Chemist to join the analytical and bio-analytical laboratory team at Ness-Ziona, Israel. This person will take part in methods developments, validations and samples analyses. Responsibilities may also include review of data, preparation of technical reports, and evaluation of new instrumentation and/or analytical techniques.

This role requires hands-on experience and proven knowledge of analytical chemistry methods.

Responsibilities

· Participate and execute analytical methods development and validation, and implementation of new testing procedures.

· Prepare clear and concise written reports, including an assessment of compliance.

· Perform routine and complex testing in compliance with laboratory test methods and procedures.

· Operate in accordance with current GXP with regard to documenting, testing and maintaining accurate laboratory records.

· Analyze and summarize analytical data.

· Comply with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

· BSc in chemistry (or another relevant natural science degree) – mandatory

· MSc in organic, analytical or medicinal chemistry - an advantage

· Previous experience (3+ years) in an analytical laboratory, including HPLC and GC equipment – mandatory

· Previous experience with MS - an advantage

· Previous knowledge and experience in working under GMP conditions – a must; GLP – an advantage.

· Strong written English language communication skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Ability to work in an agile atmosphere, including switching between methods and equipment on a day-to-day basis.
