We are managing a strictly confidential search for a leading, large-scale public company seeking an exceptional, business-oriented VP Finance to join their executive financial leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role acts as a true Strategic Business Partner to the organization. If you have a deep understanding of organizational processes, a proven track record in public companies, and experience leading large departments, we welcome your discreet application.

As the VP Finance, you will oversee the entire financial operation of the company. This is a high-impact role requiring a unique blend of impeccable financial governance (public market standards) and strong commercial acumen. You will drive organizational efficiency, streamline cross-departmental processes, and lead a large, multi-disciplinary finance department toward excellence.

• Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a financial and strategic advisor to the CFO and various department heads, translating financial data into actionable business insights and driving growth.
• Organizational Process Optimization: Deeply analyze, build, and refine cross-organizational workflows and financial procedures to improve efficiency, scalability, and internal controls.
• Large Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and scale a large finance department (including corporate accounting, FP&A, billing, and payroll teams), fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
• Public Company Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and timely submission of quarterly and annual financial statements in strict accordance with public company regulations (ISA/IFRS) and internal controls (SOX)..

• Direct and indirect management of a large department counting approximately [Number] team members.

• Education & Certification: BA in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – A must.
• Public Company Experience: Proven experience holding a senior financial leadership role (VP Finance / Comptroller / Finance Director) within a large, publicly traded company – A must.
• Large-Scale Management: Demonstrated experience managing and developing large finance teams/departments (multiple direct reports and large overall headcount) – A must.
• Business Partner Mindset: A track record of working as a Financial Business Partner, collaborating closely with operations, HR, and commercial units.
• Organizational Insight: Deep understanding of complex organizational processes, with proven experience in process improvement and ERP optimization (e.g., SAP, Priority, or Oracle).
• Languages: Native/fluent Hebrew and high-level, professional English (written and spoken).

• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical thinking coupled with a macro-level business perspective.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive and deliver under tight deadlines (especially during reporting seasons).
