Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our growing operations. This is a key role focused on ensuring smooth execution of supply chain activities through accurate data management, documentation control, and coordination across internal teams and external suppliers.

You'll work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Finance to ensure operational processes run efficiently and on time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes strong ownership, and enjoys working with both systems and people.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in ERP systems, including purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory data
• Support the procurement process by tracking order statuses, and following up with suppliers
• Assist in logistics coordination, including shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and delivery scheduling
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure timely data entry and reconciliation
• Coordinate between internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Finance) to support seamless supply chain operations
• Prepare reports and dashboards for supply chain KPIs, order tracking, and stock levels
• Manage and organize supply chain documentation such as invoices, shipping documents, and quality certificates
• Support planning and production teams with data and administrative tasks as needed
• Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in the supply chain process
• Support the execution of operational programs such as safety, compliance, and quality control initiatives, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain support
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Background in international shipping and customs processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Priority) and Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with frequent changes
• Experience working in a manufacturing or hardware company
• Familiarity with supply chain metrics and reporting
