Vibe Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a curious, creative, and self-starting Vibe Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to experiment, build, and learn by doing. You’ll work with our marketing and growth teams to prototype fresh ideas using AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code solutions - helping us unlock new growth opportunities and streamline our marketing ops.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll touch real campaigns, work with powerful tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Zapier, and make things happen fast.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing

• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across channels (GPTs for ad copy, agents for segmentation, auto-generated landing pages).
• Build and ship growth experiments and campaign MVPs using tools like Retool, Bubble, Zapier, Vercel, or custom scripts — without waiting on Engineering.
• Automate repetitive tasks across marketing ops, including lead enrichment, performance reporting, and campaign QA.
• Leverage APIs, LLMs, and automation tools to stitch together growth systems that scale smarter.
• Act as an internal multiplier - share your playbooks, tools, and agents to help our whole GTM team move faster.
• Collaborate across design, product, and data to test bold ideas that unlock new leads and accelerate adoption.
• Support ideation and execution around creative growth campaigns tied to our “Fix the 5%” narrative.
  
  

• Think like a growth marketer, move like a hacker.
• Know what drives outcomes - and how to build just enough to prove it.
• Have hands-on experience with GPT-4, Zapier/Make, LangChain, Retool, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent.
• Love working with AI, automation, and low-code tools to create internal leverage and external impact.
• Ship first, polish later. You believe a working prototype today > a perfect spec next week.
• Have a strong product sense and eye for design, even if you’re not a designer or engineer.
• Communicate clearly, take ownership, and move without waiting for permission.
