Job Description

The Global Security Technology Manager is responsible for defining and leading the company’s security technology strategy, ensuring the implementation of cutting-edge solutions that safeguard global operations. This position also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key domains, including Information Security, Intelligence and Security Innovation. Leading Security-focused Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global security technology strategy that aligns with business goals and risk mitigation needs
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of security technologies, including physical security systems, and threat intelligence platforms
• Provide project management oversight from a security perspective, supporting business activities such as new site openings, relocations, and decommissioning to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to security standards
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee technology procurement
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the company’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
• Establish the GSOC as a one-stop shop for all security-related concerns, providing seamless and responsive service-oriented employee experience
• Lead Information Security initiatives, collaborating with IT to enhance digital asset protection and regulatory compliance
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and mandatory training across the business to mitigate the risks and protect intellectual property in the physical domain
• Collaborate with industry leaders, security experts, and technology partners to explore cutting-edge initiatives
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience leading global security technology initiatives, overseeing security systems, and aligning security tech strategies with business objectives- Must
• Information Security Expertise – Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, compliance (such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.), and security best practices- Must
• Project Management in Security – Demonstrated ability to manage complex global security projects, including budgeting, vendor management, and execution- Must
• High proficiency with spoken and written English- Must
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and executive leadership to drive security initiatives
• Threat Intelligence & Incident Response – Experience in developing and implementing incident response strategies and threat intelligence programs across a global organization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or relevant security credentials
