We’re looking for an experienced, mission-driven leader to direct a large-scale international volunteer program. This senior role includes strategic planning, partnership development, budget management, and oversight of all program operations.

Requirements:

✅ 7+ years managing complex programs or international education/social initiatives

✅ Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

✅ Strong skills in strategy, operations, and partnership/fundraising development

✅ Excellent English and Hebrew communication (native)

✅ Relevant academic degree
