Job Opportunity: Logistics Support

Location: HAr Tuv | Bet Shemesh, Israel (In-office only)

Salary: 60-90 NIS per hour

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Full-time)

We are a leading company in the manufacturing and sale of high-quality HVAC systems for luxury hotels and office buildings. Known for our excellence in providing cutting-edge solutions, we are looking for motivated Logistics Support professionals to join our team in Ramat Bet Shemesh and help ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.

Position Overview:

As a Logistics Support team member, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You will work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and maintain efficient inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of product shipments and deliveries to customers and suppliers.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, organizing warehouse activities, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Help prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor and track shipments, handle any discrepancies, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and customer requirements.
• Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Perform regular updates in the company’s logistics software and systems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field (experience in HVAC or technical product logistics is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
