What You Will Be Doing

As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping revenue strategy and supporting decision-making across the Sales organization. You’ll lead a team of analysts, work closely with stakeholders from across the company, and guide high-impact, data-driven projects from ideation to execution.

You will:

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend actionable strategies
• Lead pricing model development, performance analysis, and P&L measurement
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, driving professional development and execution
• Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to uncover strategic insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting models using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Monitor KPIs and business trends to ensure ongoing optimization
• Present key findings to leadership through compelling, data-driven storytelling
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and ops to deliver cross-functional solutions

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in analytical roles, ideally in sales or e-commerce environments
• Experience leading analyst teams or cross-functional data initiatives
• Strong command of Excel and SQL; hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Databricks
• Solid business acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills able to tell a clear story through data
• Independent, proactive working style with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
