Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (React & .NET, AWS)

About the position:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the transition to our next-generation fleet safety web platform, shaping architecture, driving best practices in design and development, and contributing across the stack. You'll also support adjacent initiatives, including integration, performance optimisation, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of next-generation web platform.
• Maintain the existing platform and ensure that the current platform runs smoothly while you work on transforming it into a new architecture.
• Full-stack Development- Develop both frontend and backend components of the platform using React, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Continuous Improvement of the platform's performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Work closely with the product team, architect, and other developers to define and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in React and JavaScript – must.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies for backend development - must.
• Experience with relational databases like MS-SQL and MySQL - must.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with non-relational databases, such as MongoDB - an advantage.
• Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, ELB- advantage.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Big Data technologies – an advantage.
• AWS certification(s) - advantage
