Product Designer with Product Mindset

We're looking for a Product Designer with a sharp product mindset to craft intuitive experiences and drive end-to-end features that truly reshape our users' workflows. This role blends product design and product management, offering you the chance to work closely with engineers, and customers to define requirements, create wireframes, and deliver impactful features with clarity and care.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Feature Design from Start to Finish

• Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end — from problem discovery and defining use cases to finalizing Figma flows and participating in implementation reviews.
  
  

• Work closely with developers and customers to gather insights, uncover edge cases, and ensure features are both usable and scalable.
  
  

• Create wireframes, user journeys, and polished mockups using Figma
• Translate product concepts into clear requirements and user stories in JIRA.
  
  

• Define scope, prioritize edge cases, and contribute to shaping solutions that balance usability, feasibility, and delivery speed.
  
  

• Design intuitive workflows across complex areas such as real estate, analytics, accounting, or legal tech — turning complexity into clarity
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Product/Design roles
• Strong skills in Figma — efficient, precise, and detail-oriented
• Experience writing specifications and tickets using JIRA or similar tools
• Excellent product intuition — understanding not just how things look, but how they work
• Clear communication skills with empathy for both users and engineers
• Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive approach
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
