Shipping Manager

Edikted is a global fashion brand, driven by creativity, innovation, and passion. As we continue to rapidly grow, we’re looking for an experienced Shipping Manager to join our dynamic team and take full ownership of our international shipping operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing global logistics processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's rapid growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with international shipping providers to ensure seamless delivery processes and cost optimization.
• Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, from pick-up to final delivery, while managing multiple weekly shipments.
• Cost Optimization: Optimize shipping costs through daily competitive bidding

and price negotiations.

• Financial Management: Manage invoices, payments, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Customs Compliance: Collaborate with colleagues and customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and correct customs classifications.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in international shipping and logistics, Hands-on
• experience managing invoices, payments, and shipping documentation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are a must.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Independence: Ability to learn independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to accuracy and quality control.
• Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, Strong problem-solving and communication skills
