CRM 365 System Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CRM 365 System Analyst to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, take part in complex integration processes, and contribute to impactful business solutions.

Job Description:

• Write specification documents for the Dynamics 365 system, including functional specifications, system integrations, and ERD diagrams.
• Analyze requirements, identify business needs and gaps, and translate them into clear specifications.
• Manage work interfaces and collaborate effectively with developers, QA testers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience writing High-Level and Detailed Design documents for Dynamics 365.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation are a must.
• Experience writing specifications in complex, multi-process environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 implementation- an advantage.
• Relevant academic degree and/or System Analysis course- an advantage.
