Head of Quality Assurance

We’re seeking a QA and Automation Expert to lead quality assurance in a cutting-edge start up organization , working at the forefront of sensing and perception technologies.

This is leadership role that combines technical expertise and cross-functional leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead system-wide QA across HW, SW, and algorithms
• Own test strategies, automation, validation, and release processes
• Build and maintain HIL/SIL platforms from scratch
• Collaborate across Scrum teams to drive quality and performance
• Combine Python scripting with leadership and process ownership

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in QA for multidisciplinary systems (HW & SW)
• Strong Python automation skills in Linux environments – a must
• Hands-on CI/CD, Docker, GitLab, Jenkins – a must
• Familiarity with hardware-software validation of embedded systems
• ROS, TensorFlow, C/C++, perception technologies
