Project Manager

Join us as a Project Manager with a strong focus on release coordination and Agile delivery.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end software projects in a fast-paced high-tech environment. You’ll drive Agile execution across cross-functional teams, while also owning the planning and coordination of release cycles. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical understanding, operational discipline, and the ability to manage both project timelines and deployment readiness. We’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development projects and processes using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Own and coordinate release plans, schedules, and deployment readiness
• Track quality, timeline, and budget across multiple teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Work closely with development teams to ensure well-prepared and stable releases
• Report on project and release status, risks, and mitigation plans

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a PM or R&D Project Manager in a tech/software company
• Familiarity with the full development lifecycle: scoping, design, development, integration, release
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, team management experience, and a proactive mindset
