Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We're Hiring: FP&A Team Leader | Fintech | Kfar Saba (On-site)

A leading fintech company based in Kfar Saba is looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Team Leader to join our finance department.

In this strategic role, you will lead our financial planning and analysis efforts, deliver actionable insights to senior management, and manage a team of skilled analysts. The position includes ownership over budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and monthly sales bonus calculations across all business units.

What you'll do:

• Lead FP&A reporting, forecasting, and modeling activities
• Provide strategic insights to support data-driven decisions
• Analyze performance trends and financial KPIs
• Oversee and validate monthly sales bonus calculations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational planning
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Mentor and grow your FP&A team

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting (MBA or CPA – a plus)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Power BI – an advantage)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
