Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure Projects (Biopharma / Defense / Microelectronics)

Biopharmax is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on construction and industrial infrastructure experience to lead large-scale engineering projects (up to ₪50M) in regulated sectors.

This is NOT a software, R&D or IT project management position.

About the Role:

You will manage complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects involving cleanrooms, utilities, HVAC, piping, process systems, and critical infrastructure.

You’ll lead all stages from planning to commissioning – delivering tangible facilities, not digital products.

• Oversee design, procurement, and construction of industrial and process facilities
• Manage on-site activities, contractors, suppliers, engineers, QA/QC and HSE
• Control budget, schedule, and project scope through all phases
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering: mechanical, civil, electrical, HVAC, clean utilities
• Prepare status reports, lead client meetings, manage technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP / ISO / other protocols
• Use PM tools for tracking and coordination (experience with Monday.com – a plus)
  

• B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial construction / infrastructure projects
• Background in facility buildouts, system installations, and regulated environments (pharma / defense / cleanrooms) – required
• Strong knowledge of construction execution, contractor coordination, and site logistics
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Project and Excel
  

• Your background is primarily in software, SaaS, R&D, product management, or IT implementation
• You are not familiar with onsite construction environments
