Position Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer in our R&D team, you’ll take part in the full product development cycle—contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who brings both experience and curiosity, and is eager to grow while working on complex, real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the mechanical design and development of innovative systems and assemblies
• Create and maintain detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical components
• Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Investigate and propose design improvements for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to cross-functional development efforts
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within R&D or product development environments
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD tools
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and mechanical assemblies
• Hands-on approach with a solid understanding of prototyping, testing, and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation to learn, adapt, and contribute to innovative engineering challenges

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with thermal systems, semiconductor equipment, or high-precision mechanical systems
• Background in mechanical testing or performance validation
• Experience with tolerance analysis, mechanical simulations, or DFM principles
