Customer Care Representative

Urban Sophistication is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Tel Aviv. The individual will be responsible for managing our customer care channels and enhancing our customer experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and oversee all customer care interactions and channels.

·      Evaluate and improve the customer experience.

·      Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

·      Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Skillful and creative problem solver.

·      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

·      Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

·      Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·      Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

·      Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
