Full Stack Engineer

Backend Responsibilities:

Backend development in Python (Django): auth, org & role models and tokens.

Design and harden our code security methodologies RBAC, rate-limiting, key-management, and logging.

Build and maintain integration layer to AI prompt APIs such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google & other locally deployed LLM providers.

Pair with our CTO and Product to ship product releases.

Own database schemas & migrations, performance tests, and multi-tenant strategies.

Write Pytests and ensure every PR passes CI.

Frontend Responsibilities:

Implement UI components in React, Django, TypeScript + Tailwind CSS

Build Admin Console pages, Security, OIDC / OAuth2 / JWT

Write Unit / integration tests

DevOps / Git Responsibilities:

GitHub Actions: builds for Docker, Docker-compose, Pytest, Trivy and others

Ability to manage a release flow Feature-branch => PR => merge => release workflow workflow and following Semantic Versioning.

Contribute to our IaC (Terraform / Pulumi) modules.

Write simple Helm/Kubernetes manifests (optional)

Required Skills:

Programming Language: Python (Django) - at least 2 years

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS

Data: PostgreSQL or Mongo

API Integrations: Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or LangChain/Hugging Face local models

Containers: Linux basics, Docker and writing Dockerfiles, (optional) Kubernetes manifests

CI: GitHub Actions or Jenkins or CircleCI or GitLab-CI or similar

Cloud & Secrets: Hands-on with at least one: Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp Vault or similar

Integrity: invite emails & familiarity with Async license validation

Security: Role-based access control, token-based sessions, rate-limiting patterns, OWASP familiarity

Logging: Python logging best practices, ship logs to Loki / ELK / CloudWatch or similar

Testing: Pytest, Jest, Postman or similar

Version Control: Git (feature-branch + PR reviews), Semantic Versioning

Bonus (nice-to-have):

Multitenancy libraries (such as django-tenant)

Message/Events: Kafka or AWS SQS

Marketplace Packaging: AWS EC2 AMI basics, Azure VM Images, Packer (image build)

Security Scanning: Trivy or Bandit or Dependabot

Observability suites: Datadog or Grafana or Kibnana

IaC: Terraform or Pulumi
