Research Assistant / Lab Manager Position (מנהל.ת מעבדה)

Our team is seeking a full-time, on-site Research Assistant (מנהל.ת מעבדה) to support and lead cutting-edge projects in proteomics, protein homeostasis, redox biology, and biomarker discovery.

The position is based at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Givat Ram campus.

The Research Assistant will be responsible for:

• Conducting experiments and analyzing data
• Supporting and mentoring students
• Managing lab operations and supplies

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
• Experience in protein analysis and biochemistry
• Experience with yeast genomics or microbiology – an advantage
• Experience with mass spectrometry – an advantage
• High motivation, precision, and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
