HW Test Development Engineer

We are looking for a HW Test Development Engineer to join our Integrated Systems production plant within the Missile and Space Systems Division.

The Position includes:

• Writing technical specifications for the development and manufacturing of automated test equipment (ATE)
• Creating test documentation and guiding software teams in test coding, including defining test software functionality
• Leading and coordinating between engineering departments and subcontractors
• Managing subcontractors throughout the test system development process, including participation in engineering reviews
• Providing technical support during the manufacturing phase
• Performing hardware-software integration and validation between the test system and the unit under test
• Installing test systems at production sites/customers and performing full integration until delivery
• Conducting OJT (on-the-job training) at production and customer sites
• Providing production and maintenance support at customer locations

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or certified practical engineer – required
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience with analog and digital electronic systems – required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in defining and developing automated hardware test systems – advantage
• Prior experience as an electronics technician/practical engineer in the military – advantage
• Familiarity with test scripting tools and software such as ATEasy or TestStand – advantage
• Background in integrated systems, RF, and antennas – advantage
• Knowledge in computer communications, system integration and testing – advantage
• Availability for overtime work
