Scratch Card AI is a fast-growing startup transforming customer loyalty through gamified digital experiences. Our platform enables small businesses to create interactive digital scratch cards that drive customer engagement and repeat sales. It’s simple, fun, and available as both a standalone tool and a WordPress plugin.

We’ve developed a working MVP, gained initial users, and are ready to scale. We’re now looking for a creative and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and grow our marketing efforts.

As our CMO, you’ll define and execute the marketing strategy, focusing on brand building, lead generation, and customer growth. You’ll be an early and essential part of our team — shaping how we reach the world.

This is a part-time, equity-based role — ideal for someone who wants to grow with a promising startup from the ground up.

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy
• Lead all growth initiatives: organic, paid, content, SEO, email, and partnerships
• Define and manage brand voice and storytelling across all platforms
• Create, edit, and manage promotional and explainer videos (social, YouTube, ads)
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversions
• Identify new distribution channels (e.g. Facebook groups, forums, influencers)
• Track performance and iterate using analytics and KPIs

• 3+ years in marketing, ideally in SaaS or startup environments
• Strong background in video creation and editing (tools like Canva, InVideo, Pictory, or Adobe Premiere)
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Experience in customer acquisition and growth strategy
• Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.
• Self-starter with creative thinking and a test-and-learn mindset
• Bonus: Familiarity with loyalty tools, plugins, or WordPress-based products

• Part-time (10–15 hours/week to start)
• Equity-based (with potential for future salary as we grow)
