A successful global high-tech company with an R&D center in Tel Aviv is developing cutting-edge technologies in semiconductors, chips, memory, cellular, video, and more.
Currently seeking an Analog Designer to join a specialized team focused on Analog IP development for integration within image sensors.
This position offers full ownership of the Analog & Mixed-Signal IC design process, from proof-of-concept to production. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, high-level and transistor-level design, simulations at various abstraction levels, as well as silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging.
Located near both train and light rail stations, the Tel Aviv site operates in a hybrid format with one remote workday per week. The Israeli team includes around 500 employees.
Requirements-
- BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in analog & mixed-signal IC design
- Proven experience in designing ADCs, DACs, OpAmps, Comparators, Bandgaps, LDOs, and accurate references
- Experience in design for manufacturability, yield, testability, and reliability
- Expertise in SPICE/SPECTRE simulations, including PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal, modeling, and optimization
- Strong understanding of circuit abstraction and modeling using tools such as Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, MATLAB, and Python
- Solid knowledge of analog layout and parasitic components
- Hands-on experience with Cadence tools: Analog Virtuoso, AMS, ADEXL
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
