Product Manager – Digital Information Systems (Defense Industry)

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join a leading organization in the defense sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting digital transformation and IT process optimization across your domain of responsibility, in alignment with the organization’s computing and digitalization committee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and process improvements in collaboration with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
• Gather, define, and document detailed computing and system requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs.
• Coordinate and oversee relevant tasks and projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital solutions, and technological advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Industrial Engineering (Information Systems track)
• Technology Management (Information Systems track)
• Strong understanding of digital systems, IT processes, and enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex organizational structure.
• Experience working in a defense or government-related organization – an advantage.
