Qualifications:Manual Testing

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance for mobile or web applications.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycles, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, test data preparation, and backend testing.
• Proficient in working with APIs using tools such as Postman, REST, or Swagger.

Automation

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks such as Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in using Git for version control, including managing test scripts in repositories and participating in collaborative workflows.

General Skills

• Ability to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day QA activities of outsourced team members, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly articulate bugs, propose solutions, and collaborate across departments.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of product quality from requirements through to release.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
