Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Team Leader to join our finance team in Kfar saba. In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and decision support to senior management. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, while managing a team of FP&A analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the FP&A team in delivering accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Oversee the calculation and validation of monthly sales bonuses across all sales units, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with incentive structures.
Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and support operational planning.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
