🧭 Role Overview

Title: Web Designer III

Location: Raanana, Center District, Israel

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Team Fit: Growth-focused Marketing & Web team

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion landing pages (desktop + responsive)
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, PMs, SEO & Engineers to meet performance KPIs
• Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to improve visual and copy elements
• Apply motion, micro-interactions, and new UI patterns without sacrificing accessibility/speed
• Fully own the design lifecycle: from Figma specs to QA in staging environments
  
  

• 4+ years designing high-performing marketing or product web experiences
• Portfolio that shows measurable conversion or engagement uplift
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
• Strong skills in UX heuristics, hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience with SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and lead-gen funnel optimization
• Willingness to occasionally align with U.S. hours for deadlines
  
  

• Experience with motion/animation, Gen-AI design tools, or Vibe Coding
• Data-driven design mindset, with a strong ability to explain “why” behind your choices
