Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Architect Expert to join our Architecture group and take a leading role in shaping Cellebrite’s cutting-edge digital intelligence solutions. with a primary focus on Pathfinder – our flagship investigative analytics platform. In this position, you will define, design, and guide the implementation of complex system architectures across a suite of highly scalable and secure cloud-based products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology alignment and ensure architectural excellence across multiple domains.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and strong strategic thinking, who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about building world-class technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Pathfinder’s system architecture- spanning complex on-premise deployments and distributed cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and security teams to align technology vision with business needs.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Conduct deep design reviews, assess technical risks, and provide recommendations to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Standardize architectural practices, frameworks, and patterns to enable efficient and consistent development across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve our platforms and systems.
• Document architectural decisions, design principles, and implementation guidelines.
• Act as a mentor and technical authority for development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system design, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role.
• Cloud & On-Prem Expertise- Strong background in AWS (EKS/ECS, S3 lifecycle policies, Lambda, IAM) and in hybrid deployments under stringent compliance regimes.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Strong coding background in C#/.NET Core (designing for scale and maintainability)
• DevOps & Deployment: Knowledge in Terraform and Helm deployment processes on AWS (ECR) and on-premise environments (Nomad, Consul, Vault).Advocate for continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English (Hebrew – an advantage).
• Background in digital investigations, cyber, or public safety domains – an advantage.
