Join Satguru Travel, a leading global travel group with over 35 years of excellence, and play a key role in expanding our B2B presence across Israel's tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan focused on the tourism industry
• Build and manage strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other B2B partners
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that create win-win partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials and targeted campaigns
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Provide detailed reports and performance updates to senior management
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or similar role in the travel/tourism industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in tourism
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (both spoken and written) – mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Amadeus, ALP, and hotel booking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
