Role Summary:
- Lead a large and professional FP&A division, managing a team of 40+ analysts located both at HQ and in the field.
- Full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive transformation processes including automation, digitization, and SAP modules implementation.
- Act as a strategic partner for the CEO and business units, working closely with operations, supply chain, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor the FP&A team, foster excellence and support innovative initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing an FP&A function in a large, complex organization.
- Preference for experience in industry/food manufacturing/production.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience leading change, automation projects, and complex IT systems implementation (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large and geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field – Master’s degree is an advantage.
