We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead the quality domain throughout the entire product lifecycle of our systems.

General Description:

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the company's quality system, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards (ISO 9001, AS 9100), and driving continuous improvement processes across all stages of product development, manufacturing and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality system across all organizational levels, from development stages through customer delivery - managing and maintaining the quality system (processes, metrics, training and certifications, calibrations, etc.).
• Implement and maintain relevant quality standards (ISO, AS, MIL-STD) responsibility for quality, safety, and lab standards, including soldering standards and any future required standards.
• Develop procedures and implement quality assurance and control processes in development, manufacturing, and service.
• Prepare specifications, instructions, and information requirements for product and process quality assurance and control across the company’s value chain.
• Conduct and support internal and external audits.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve quality processes during development, production, and post-sale service stages.
• Work in a cross-functional (matrix) structure with development, production, and service teams to promote product and process quality.
• Track and manage customer complaints - conduct failure investigations and lead continuous improvement processes.
• Responsible for supplier and subcontractor quality management.
• Manage and participate in safety committees.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields - Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Engineering).
• M.Sc. - an advantage.
• Professional certification as a Quality Auditor - an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering in technology or manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant standards (such as AS 9100, MIL-STD, ISO 9001, safety standards, soldering standards).
• Familiarity and experience working with ERP systems - an advantage.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High-level English -reading, writing, and speaking.
